All sales are final
Every Weeklie product is an instant digital download (PDF planners, journals and PNG sticker files). Because files can't be returned once they've been downloaded, all sales are final and we don't offer refunds or exchanges.
We'll always make it right
If something isn't working, we're here to help. Email us at hello@weeklie.co within 30 days of your purchase if:
- your download link doesn't work or your file won't open
- a file is damaged, missing pages or incomplete
- you accidentally bought the same product twice
We'll send a working file, fix the issue, or refund a duplicate order. Please include your order number so we can find you quickly.
Before you buy
Please read each product description to check what's included and which apps it works with. Our planners are hyperlinked PDFs made for GoodNotes, Notability and most PDF annotation apps. You'll need your own tablet and app. We're not able to offer refunds for app or device compatibility you didn't check before purchasing, but we're always happy to help you get set up.
